Frank has called in the following states in the U.S.: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.
He has also called in Mexico, Canada, Alaska (twice), Hawaii, and the Caribbean while conducting Square Dance cruises. Another trip he planned was a two-country, 19-day tour of New Zealand and Australia in 1993. During his travels, he has also called in Germany, Belgium, and Saudi Arabia.
In 1990 and 1991, Frank was the California co-Chairman for the CALLERLAB Foundation for the Promotion and Preservation of Square Dancing. Through the years he has conducted many caller's schools, and in 1999 Frank received his Accreditation as a CALLERLAB Accredited Caller Coach — the 29th caller in the world at that time to have achieved such status. He formed the California Caller's College in 2000. He also serves on several committees with CALLERLAB, the International Association of Square Dance Callers.
In the early 2000s, Frank called for an all-women equestrian square dance performance group called the Hoof Beats for many years. They performed at rodeos, parades, and other special events.
Frank was also the caller for the Sunshine Twirlers Handicapable Club in Buena Park for many years. This was one of his more fulfilling calling experiences.
The current CALLERLAB programs that Frank calls are Mainstream through C-2, and he is accepting bookings for all programs. Frank was the author of the CALLERLAB Mainstream and Plus Quarterly Selection, "LUCKY STAR," which became effective in July 1996 through June 1997, as well as the author of many other square dance calls.
